WHO WE ARE
We are early childhood professionals who are very passionate about discovering our world of wonder with young children. Our goal is to "WOW" them as they are virtually immersed in hands-on experiences.
As Bev Bos says, "Kids should be free to explore and redefine their own space. When they are making mud pies or mixing flour and water they are learning chemistry. When they hum, twirl and spin, the patterns for music, song, dance, reading, and mathematics are being laid down in their brains."
We strongly feel that the best part of teaching children is simply to be present and in the moment with them. And this is how we do it.
WHAT WE DO
We provide a truly unique and exclusive program for your children with an emphasis on science and sensory play! One of us comes to your home, well-prepared with small animals and various ingredients to make goopy experiments. Maybe we'll create some amazing cornstarch goop or discover the cool chemical reaction of volcanic eruptions.
Aside from sharing our favorite books and gadgets, we'll also include whatever your child's own personal interests are. And then we PLAY! You can play with us, too, of course. Or you can have free time for yourself in or out of the house.
This is way "beyond babysitting"... it is engaging and tactile play.

NEW EVENT AT A MOTHER'S HAVEN
ON MONDAY, AUGUST 16
A Mother's Haven is a place for mothers to find support with their babies and toddlers. It is an incredible educational center, boutique and online store located in Encino, Ca. World of Wonder is having two One-Hour workshops there on Monday, August 16th.
*Weekly play groups are in the works.
Toddler & Me (ages 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years) time: 10:00 to 11:00
Waddler & Me (ages 12 to 18 months) time: 11:15 to 12:15

OPTIONS & COST
*play groups*
Want to get your goop on? Host your own play group at your house! Contact us to set up your own weekly play group with your choice of friends. We bring all of our good stuff and snack. Cost is $30 per child for 90 minutes. (2 siblings for a total of $50.) The perk of the host is that they don't pay for their child's participation.

Host your own date night! Just ask us how! Also, we are creating a mobile "play school" program. Imagine preschool, then think, BETTER!
*play dates*
This can be at your house. You are welcome to invite a friend or two over as well. Hourly rates are $30 and a 4 hour time slot is $100. Drop-off play dates may be available in Encino for $20 per hour.
*play parties*
Occasionally, we also do intimate birthday parties. Our 2 hour play parties range from $125 for about 1/2 a dozen to $250 for about a dozen. 1 hour play parties are also an option. Want us to take care of your party favors? They are absolutely creative and unique, true to gettin' goopy. We will customize them into one of the following play experiences; goopy, fizzy or smooshy. For the birthday child,we also offer a spectacular gift set of Get Goopy Gadgets.
